21st-century family physicians must offer the latest advances in medical care, while maintaining the ideals of compassion, healing and service to their patients and communities. The Brown Family Medicine Residency Program is dedicated to educating the next generation of family physicians to provide high quality healthcare for all, especially the most vulnerable and underserved, and to be leaders in health care delivery, medical education, research and advocacy.
